We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United States! Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.

We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. We also provide tracking information for your order, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

Please note that due to the nature of live plants, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Return & Exchange Policy
At our business, we care about our plants and want to make sure they reach you in pristine condition. We take extreme care in packaging and shipping your plants. If, however, you receive a plant that is damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receipt of the plant, and include a photograph of the plant and packaging. We will be happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for plants that are healthy and intact, but simply not to your liking. We encourage you to research our products and ask our expert on any questions you may have before purchasing, to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
One-On-One Consultation:
We also offer a one-on-one consultation by phone or Zoom with our succulent expert. If you have any questions regarding the life of your plant, need guidance on where to place your plant, or need help troubleshooting any issues, we are here to help! Please contact us to schedule a consultation.
